Reflections on Presence, Practice and Purpose

A space where only the essential remains, inviting the reader to meet the work with presence.

The Practice

I write to witness, to remember, to name what would otherwise go unseen.

I keep a life that makes room for stillness, discernment, and truth‑telling.

I refuse the noise that scatters the mind and fractures the spirit.

I carry my words with care, offering them only when they are honest.

I stand in the long tradition of those who shaped their lives around meaning.

My work is not loud, but it is unmistakably alive.

This is the practice that keeps me whole.
